On Sept. 8, Johnson was charged with invasion of privacy and witness tampering. Those charges stem from allegations that the defendant filmed multiple women engaged in sexual encounters without their knowledge.
The investigation into the allegations of invasion of privacy is ongoing, and law enforcement is actively seeking to identify those woman that were filmed during these sexual encounters.
On Oct. 13, Johnson also was charged with one count of endangering the welfare of children, permitting a child to engage in child pornography, and one count of endangering the welfare of children/manufacturing child pornography.
The alleged victim in connection with the Oct. 13 charges is an 18-year-old female, who reported that she engaged in an act of sexual contact with defendant when she was 17. The investigation revealed that Johnson filmed the sexual encounter without her consent or knowledge.
Superior Court Judge Brian J. Levine set bail at $25,000 with a 10 percent cash option for the defendant. Conditions of that bail include that Johnson have no contact with the victim and no contact with children under the age 18.
